1. Click the gear-shaped icon on your Facebook toolbar and select "Personal privacy Settings."
2. Click "Stopping" in the sidebar to display a number of types of block lists. The "Block Users" section shows individuals you've blocked entirely-- they can't send good friend requests, see your Timeline or send messages.
